I NEED HELP

This is an emergency.

I’m trying to make these cupcakes again.

I didn’t save the recipe and I can’t remember which one I used and I’m mildly OCD and thus resistant to using another recipe because I know this one was good and was highly received. 

All I have is evidence of the ingredients I used (the wine was for me…this was an episode of drunk baking).

The recipe apparently had half-and-half and heavy cream.

I cannot find a recipe with these two ingredients

PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS RECIPE?
