What's in the bag on the recipe picture? And is the black thing behind the wine glass just a tube of colored frosting?

Pretty sure that’s a mango in the bag. Entirely irrelevant to the recipe.
As for behind the wine, I have no clue. Probably baking chocolate. I made my own frosting. Or some other random shit I impulsively bought. This was way pre-weight watchers.
