I attempted to make whipped cream to go with the pumpkin cobbler I whipped up for dessert tonight. I normally make great whipped cream.

I guess I was too overzealous, because i way over whipped it and now have extremely sweet cream butter.

I’ve always wanted to make butter.

That shit is going to taste great on toast.

Next time I’m going to intentionally make honey butter.
